Classic Car Inspection Under § 23 StVZO
For your classic car to receive the coveted H-plate (historic vehicle plate), it must meet the requirements of § 23 StVZO. We inspect your classic and issue the report for the registration office.
Requirements for the H-Plate
A vehicle qualifies as a classic if it was first registered at least 30 years ago, largely retains its original condition, is in good state of preservation, and serves to maintain automotive cultural heritage.
We inspect the bodywork, interior, engine, drivetrain, suspension, electrics and add-on parts for originality and condition, document period-correct modifications, and issue the report under § 23 StVZO — a prerequisite for the H-plate and preferential classic car insurance rates.
